Jacob Andrews, a senior at Sehome High in Washington, placed second in the boys invitational 400 meters in 46.30 seconds at the 55th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Andrews also finished fourth in the invitational 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 10.47 seconds.
